AI-native Management Consultant
Turn complexity into clarity
This role is for someone who can connect business, leadership, organization, processes, data, systems and AI — and turn complex situations into clear decision material and practical movement.
As an AI-native Management Consultant, you will work with customers to structure workshop findings, interviews, documents, system landscapes and business input into analysis, recommendations, requirements, work packages and implementation foundations.
You will help identify friction, gaps, unclear ownership, weak data flow and organizational patterns that prevent work from moving well. You will also use Syntropio actively as part of the consulting workflow — for synthesis, documentation, quality review, learning and method improvement.
This is not a traditional project manager role, a pure technology role or a classic strategy role where the work stops at a polished presentation. It is a role for someone who wants to help organizations understand themselves better and move more wisely.
Syntropio Product & AI Delivery Lead
Build, lead and steward Syntropio
Syntropio should not only be impressive in demos. It must work in real customer environments, with real documents, real users, real permissions, real questions and real business consequences.
As Syntropio Product & AI Delivery Lead, you will help shape the product, delivery model and AI stewardship behind Syntropio. You will work across product ownership, hands-on development, technical delivery, customer setup, AI quality, testing, documentation and continuous improvement.
This is a hybrid role for someone who can build, lead, configure, test, improve and explain. You will work closely with consultants, customers, developers and technology partners to make sure Syntropio becomes useful, secure, trusted and grounded in real work.
The role requires technical depth, product judgement, customer understanding and operational discipline. It is not a pure product owner role, not a pure developer role and not a project coordinator role. It is central to how Syntropio becomes a living intelligence layer in practice.
Syntropio AI Product Engineer
Build the product behind the intelligence layer
Syntropio is built in the middle of real consulting work: real customer questions, documents, permissions, workflows and decisions. That is why we need product engineers who do not only write code — but understand what the code is for.
As a Syntropio AI Product Engineer, you will work hands-on with product functionality, AI-enabled workflows, model calls, retrieval quality, integrations, customer configurations, testing and debugging.
You will help improve how Syntropio uses documents, metadata, knowledge layers, source filtering and prompt context to produce better answers. You will also support customer setup, AI quality evaluation, test questions, technical documentation and product learning.
This is a developer role, but not a narrow one. We are looking for a builder with product instinct — someone who cares about code quality, usability, trust, context, security and whether the product creates real value for customers.
