Mikal is a commercially oriented and analytical leader with a strong track record in business development, M&A, and partnerships. With an M.Sc. in Industrial Management, he excels at structuring complex challenges and translating strategy into scalable AI‐enabled solutions. He thrives on helping organisations connect technology, data, and purpose, building trust along the way.
Bjarte Taranger
Bjarte is an experienced operations leader with deep expertise in optimising processes, organisation, and operational systems. As Operations Manager, he focuses on efficiency, cross-functional collaboration, and building the organisational foundations that enable trust, agility and effective learning in teams.
