Build, lead and steward Syntropio

Syntropio should not only be impressive in demos. It must work in real customer environments, with real documents, real users, real permissions, real questions and real business consequences.

That is what this role is about.

Vervida is building an AI-native advisory and technology company. We help organizations create alignment between strategy, leadership, organization, processes, data, systems and the practical use of AI.

We are also building Syntropio — our living intelligence layer and AI coworker — designed to help consultants and customers structure knowledge, maintain continuity, produce better decision material and improve how organizations learn and work over time.

Now we are looking for someone who can help turn Syntropio from a powerful concept and early product into a robust, useful, secure and continuously improving platform.

Why this role exists

Syntropio sits between product, consulting, customer knowledge, AI quality and real organizational work.

That makes the role broader than a traditional product owner role and more customer-near than a pure developer role. It requires technical judgement, product ownership, hands-on ability, delivery discipline and a strong understanding of how AI behaves in real environments.

You will help shape not only what Syntropio is as a product, but how it is deployed, trusted, used and improved together with customers and consultants.

What you will work on

As Syntropio Product & AI Delivery Lead, you will work across product ownership, hands-on development, technical delivery, customer setup, AI quality and practical stewardship.

You will:

  • own and develop the Syntropio product backlog, roadmap, priorities, stage gates and acceptance criteria;

  • develop, prototype, test, debug and improve Syntropio functionality hands-on;

  • lead and coordinate internal and external developers, partners and technical contributors;

  • translate customer needs, consultant insights and business requirements into solution design, technical tasks and testable product improvements;

  • configure and adapt Syntropio for customers, including knowledge structure, project spaces, access logic, templates, use cases and onboarding flows;

  • work with AI, RAG, retrieval, prompt and instruction design, metadata, document structure, grounding and model behaviour;

  • evaluate and improve Syntropio responses so they are relevant, precise, safe, useful and properly grounded in approved knowledge;

  • act as an AI steward, ensuring that Syntropio uses the right and latest knowledge and that outdated, duplicated or unclear content does not reduce quality;

  • support customer pilots, onboarding, user training, troubleshooting and adoption;

  • create technical and functional documentation, admin guides, release notes, test plans, user guidance and internal product decision material;

  • contribute to Vervida consulting work where product insight, technical understanding or implementation support is needed.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who can combine developer skill, product judgement, AI curiosity, customer understanding and operational discipline.

You enjoy building things, but you also care deeply about why they should be built. You can speak with developers about architecture and bugs, with consultants about method and delivery, with customers about value and trust, and with leaders about priorities and trade-offs.

You are curious, structured, practical and precise. You like solving problems that sit between technology, people, knowledge, data and business work.

Most importantly, you understand that AI products require continuous stewardship. Good answers depend on good knowledge, good architecture, good testing, good judgement and responsible human ownership.

What we believe you need

We believe the right candidate will bring several of the following:

  • hands-on software development ability — you must be able to develop, prototype, debug and understand code yourself;

  • strong product ownership capability: backlog, roadmap, prioritization, user stories, acceptance criteria, release thinking and product decisions;

  • practical understanding of AI products, LLMs, RAG/retrieval, prompt and instruction design, grounding, evaluation and model limitations;

  • technical understanding of modern cloud and enterprise environments;

  • experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Microsoft Graph, storage, logging or similar platforms;

  • ability to lead internal and external developers, challenge technical proposals and keep delivery aligned with product direction and customer value;

  • strong structuring and documentation skills;

  • ability to work with customers, understand use cases, configure solutions, run tests, support onboarding and improve adoption;

  • excellent written and spoken English.

Norwegian is strongly preferred and important for much of our customer-facing work in Norway.

This is probably not the right role if you mainly want

  • a pure product owner role where others do all the technical work;

  • a pure developer role with little customer contact, product ownership or delivery responsibility;

  • a project coordinator role focused mostly on meetings, status and follow-up;

  • a role where the product is already fully defined, mature, documented and stable;

  • to work with AI at a conceptual level without owning whether it works in practice.
