We help organizations create movement across strategy, leadership, organization, processes, data, systems and the practical use of AI. Through Syntropio, our living intelligence layer, we help structure knowledge, preserve context and turn insight into better action.
Now we are looking for an AI-native Management Consultant who can help customers move from fragmented information, unclear problem statements, system complexity and organizational friction to clear analysis, decision material, requirements, work packages and practical implementation foundations.
This is not a traditional project manager role. It is not a pure technology role. It is not a narrow process consulting role. And it is not a classic strategy role where the work stops at a polished presentation.
It is a role for someone who can connect business, leadership, organization, processes, data, systems and AI — and turn complexity into clarity.
Why this role exists
Many organizations already contain the knowledge they need. The challenge is that the knowledge is often fragmented across documents, systems, people, reports, assumptions and conversations.
The work of this role is to help customers see the whole more clearly.
You will help leaders and teams structure information, understand friction, clarify responsibilities, identify gaps and dependencies, and create decision material that can move real work forward.
You will also use Syntropio actively as part of the consulting workflow — for analysis, synthesis, documentation, quality review, learning and method improvement.
What you will work on
You will work with customer leaders, business specialists, IT teams, vendors, partners and the Vervida team to:
structure workshop findings, interviews, documents, system overviews and business input into clear analysis and recommendations;
map processes, roles, responsibilities, decision rights, governance, data flows and system landscapes;
identify friction, gaps, dependencies, overlaps, root causes and unclear ownership across organizational silos;
support maturity assessments, gap analyses, roadmaps, transformation planning and implementation preparation;
develop requirements, work packages, use cases, evaluation criteria, RFI/RFQ material and sourcing support;
facilitate workshops and working sessions with leadership teams, business functions, IT, vendors and partners;
use Syntropio as a co-consultant for analysis, synthesis, documentation, quality review and learning;
help customers understand how AI can be used responsibly and practically in leadership, operations, decision-making and continuous improvement;
contribute to Vervida’s methods, templates, scorecards, product learning and ways of working.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who enjoys creating structure where others see chaos.
You may be the kind of person who gets curious when you see a messy system landscape, fragmented workshop notes, unclear roles, weak data flow or an organization where responsibilities, processes, data and systems do not quite fit together.
You are analytical, but practical. You care about quality, but you are not academic for the sake of it. You like speed, but not superficiality. You have drive, but also humility. You challenge assumptions, but constructively.
Most importantly, you understand that AI does not replace professional judgement. Used well, it strengthens it — but only when people remain responsible for quality, context, assumptions and consequences.
What we believe you need
We believe the right candidate will bring several of the following:
strong structuring, analysis, synthesis and written communication skills;
ability to produce clear client-facing decision material, not only internal notes;
comfort with complex information, documentation, spreadsheets, data and quality checks;
good business and operating model understanding across strategy, governance, roles, processes, systems, data and culture;
practical digitalization, data and systems understanding;
ability to facilitate customer conversations, ask strong questions and translate between executives, business functions, IT and vendors;
willingness and ability to use AI as part of the actual consulting workflow, not as an occasional side tool;
excellent written and spoken English.
Norwegian is strongly preferred and important for much of our customer-facing work in Norway. Preferred location is the Stavanger region. Oslo may be considered for a strong candidate. Some travel should be expected.
